Candice Davis is an attorney licensed in Texas, Minnesota, and Illinois. After working for a large restructuring firm in Dallas, Candice branched off and started her own law firm September 1, 2010. She specializes in working with closely held businesses in a range of legal needs.

Candice received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 2004 and her CPA license in 2005. She graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School with her Juris Doctor degree in 2009. Candice’s background in finance and accounting combined with her law degree and legal experience is a valuable asset to growing businesses, particularly start-ups and closely held businesses.
Candice is married and lives in Cypress, Texas with her husband and their five dogs. She loves to travel, read, and spend time with family and friends

Attorney: Ali Sohani
Ali Sohani is an attorney licensed in Texas. After working at a large firm doing commercial litigation, Ali decided to concentrate on business transactional law, real estate law, and estate planning and joined Davis Law Group in February of 2023 as an Associate Attorney.
Mr. Sohani focuses on representing clients in a variety of transactional matters such as business formations and dissolutions; business buy-outs; buy-sell agreements; incentive compensation; shareholder, member, and partnership agreements; joint venture agreements; contract review and negotiation; real estate matters; business succession planning; and trusts, wills, and estate planning.
Ali received his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in 2016 with a double major in Accounting and Real Estate. He worked with a Big Four Accounting firm before returning to Waco to attend Baylor Law School in 2019.
While at Baylor Law School, Ali served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Alan D. Albright, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas as well as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Vikram Deivanayagam of the McLennan County Court at Law. During his time at Baylor Law School, Ali achieved many recognitions. After being selected to participate in the American Association for Justice Trail Advocacy Competition, Ali was requested to participate in the Puerto Rice Trail Advocacy competition where he was awarded the Perfect Scoring Attorney Award and received an Honorable Mention for Best Closing Statement. Ali graduated from Baylor Law School with his Juris Doctor degree in May of 2021.
Mr. Sohani enjoys volunteering within the community as well as playing all sports, specifically basketball. Ali was on the Dream Team Athletic Practice Team for the Lady Bears Baylor Basketball team under the coaching of Kim Mulkey. Ali loves spending time with family and friends and trying different cuisines.
